New ChannelAdvisor Marketplace users with less than one year of experience using the platform should attend the EssentialsTrack, which contains six workshops covering tips and tricks to help you gain proficiency with the platform. This track helps new users leapfrog the learning curve, fully maximize platform features and apply new strategies to help reach multi-channel e-commerce goals faster. Think of it as a ChannelAdvisor 101 course on steroids, where you’ll interact with product experts to get your questions answered on the spot and leave with the operational know-how and an optimization must-do list to quickly see results and focus on your day-to-day business.

About the Experienced track:

Experienced ChannelAdvisor users with more than one year of using the platform should attend the Experienced Track, which includes six workshops covering intermediate-to-advanced e-commerce topics and ChannelAdvisor capabilities that can help accelerate global growth, conquer channel fulfillment, better forecast product needs and optimize your first-party and third-party product sales strategies. Don’t worry — just in case you missed it, you’ll also hear about all the latest features we’ve released this year. However, this track will spend less time on the “how to” and more time on the “what’s next” to take your business to the next level.
