Gees will lead ChannelAdvisor’s Berlin-based team and oversee the regional business strategy for the DACH, Central and Eastern European regions, including accelerating key drivers for international growth through customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
Gees’s designation as Sales Director is part of ChannelAdvisor’s continued commitment to enable brands and retailers worldwide to reach new audiences, diversify their cross-border strategies, streamline the flow of orders, and effectively manage their brand presence across multiple selling channels.

Christian Gees brings over 20 years of experience in managing European sales teams to his new role at ChannelAdvisor. Most recently, Gees worked for Groupon Germany, where he was Country Manager & Head of Buying, responsible for Groupon’s German business and expansion of staff at the Berlin and London locations. Prior to that, he spent several years working for various European companies as Sales Manager, including managing marketing and sales for VeePee, a French e-commerce fashion brand.
