David Spitz CEO and Board Member
David is responsible for leading the company in its mission to provide retailers and branded manufacturers with the software and services needed to successfully sell their products via online sales channels.
Before joining ChannelAdvisor, David founded and successfully exited multiple venture-backed software companies. He was most recently an entrepreneur-in-residence at the Aurora Funds, a venture capital firm with more than $200 million under management. Prior to Aurora, David was president of Avesair, a mobile marketing company that was acquired by Inphonic. Previous to Avesair, David was co-founder and CTO of Netsation, a network management software company acquired by Nortel Networks.
David received a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego.
David was awarded the Triangle Business Journal’s 2010 CFO of the Year Award. In 2008, he received the Triangle Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 award. David has also been awarded four U.S. patents. He has been a chairman of the board for the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics Foundation as well as for the North Carolina Council for Entrepreneurial Development.
Jeremy Allen Vice President, FP&A & Operations
Jeremy oversees Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Operations, Business Intelligence and MIS for ChannelAdvisor. In this role, he leads all strategic financial and operations planning, strategy, and execution.
Previously, Jeremy served as Senior Director, Operations at ChannelAdvisor where he established the company’s Business Intelligence function, further developed the Business Operations team, led the global MIS and Information Security teams, and strengthened overall operations capabilities.
Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor, Jeremy served in several executive roles at Lenovo where he was responsible for services operations, services strategy and support for the global accounts and SMB segments. Jeremy started his career with IBM.
Jeremy received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Josh Christie Vice President, Engineering
Josh leads the global engineering organization responsible for ChannelAdvisor’s highly scalable software as a service (SaaS) platform. In this role, he works closely with partners, customers and product management to deliver innovative solutions to complex e-commerce challenges.
Before joining ChannelAdvisor in 2006, Josh was a software design engineer at Microsoft and an early member of the team that created Visual Studio Team System.
Josh received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both with highest honors, from North Carolina State University where he was a Park Scholar.
In 2015, Josh received the Triangle Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 award. Josh has been granted two patents in the areas of distributed version control and e-commerce taxonomy data.
Paul Colucci Chief Revenue Officer
Paul oversees sales and business development globally. He leads the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy including responsibility for customer acquisition and expansion. Paul is also responsible for building a network of strategic partners, alliances and channel sales programs globally to support the company’s sales and revenue goals. In this role, he works closely with customers, product management and engineering to identify opportunities to enhance the capabilities and value that ChannelAdvisor offers its customers. Previously, Paul served as vice president, north american sales and global business development, where he led the company’s North American sales strategy and oversaw global strategic partner efforts and before that as vice president of sales, Americas, where he oversaw all sales efforts for the region and was responsible for generating new business and extending client relationships across the e-commerce industry and across international markets.
Paul has more than 25 years of sales, product development and executive management experience with both start-up and established technology companies such as Venda, Thomson Dialog, Profound, and served as President of Accolade Concepts. Paul started his career with Northwestern Mutual.
Paul received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Hofstra University.
Derek Conlin VP, Global Business Development
Derek oversees partnerships and corporate development globally. He leads the strategy and execution of our global partner ecosystem, including responsibility for leading new partner acquisition, development of strategic alliances, channel sales, and category management to support the company’s indirect sales goals. Additionally, Derek is responsible for leading the corporate development function for ChannelAdvisor, evaluating growth and product opportunities to accelerate our business through M&A. In this role, he collaborates with partners and internal teams including sales, services, marketing, product management, and engineering to drive partner success and value to our customers through strategic partnerships.
Previously, Derek served as Director, North American Enterprise Sales, where he led the direct sales organisation responsible for new business and the acquisition of enterprise brand and retailer customers.
Derek has more than 15 years of sales, business development, and e-commerce experience including several leadership roles during his tenure with ChannelAdvisor. Derek started his career with Apex Systems and received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science and Business Administration from East Carolina University.
Richard Cornetta Chief Financial Officer
Richard oversees global financial operations and strategy for the company. He manages all accounting, internal audit, treasury, tax and cash management operations, financial planning and analysis, long-term strategic planning and investor relations.
Richard previously served as ChannelAdvisor’s Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer from November 2015 until May 2019 and served as ChannelAdvisor’s Controller from September 2013 to November 2015. Previous to ChannelAdvisor, Richard was employed by Dex Media, Inc., a public company providing local marketing solutions, as the director of financial reporting and accounting. Prior to Dex Media, Inc., he served as senior financial reporting analyst at UST Inc., and as a senior accountant with Ernst & Young.
Richard received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Iona College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a fellow of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Richard is also a graduate of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Raleigh program.
Darren Fifield Managing Director, APAC
Darren oversees business and sales strategy and execution of the company’s APAC operations including customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. He is responsible for generating new business, expanding client relationships, and extending the company’s footprint into new markets within the region.
Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor, Darren served as Chief Commercial Officer for aCommerce. Indonesia and as Regional Director for Liveclicker in the Asia-Pacific region. Fifield has also held senior roles at Radial Inc., Nielsen, Kelly Services and Lightspeed Research.
Darren received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Marketing Management from Western Sydney University.
Steve Frechette Vice President, Product Management
Steve leads product management and user experience for all ChannelAdvisor products, driving product direction and design for high-value solutions that help customers succeed in online commerce.
Steve has over 25 years of software development and product experience and is an innovative leadership veteran across a variety of software enterprises and startups. Steve joined ChannelAdvisor through its 2017 acquisition of HubLogix, an innovative provider of cloud-based fulfilment automation for e-commerce retailers and brands, where he served as CTO. Prior to that Steve served as VP of Engineering at Qlik, a leading business intelligence and analytics platform. Steve is passionate about helping customers solve complex business challenges and technical problems through easy-to-use software solutions.
Steve received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
Stephanie Levin Vice President, Global Human Resources
Stephanie Levin is responsible for leading ChannelAdvisor’s global HR department. In her role, she is responsible for designing and leading the people, culture, and HR operational initiatives within the organization, ensuring all programming is compliant and scalable and helps drive our growth.
Stephanie Levin is an experienced global Human Resources leader with deep experience across diverse industries and organizations. Previous to ChannelAdvisor, Stephanie worked at Lenovo, where she held several global HR leadership roles. Most recently she served as the Global HR leader for Lenovo’s Intelligent Device group, where she led the HR strategy and execution for a global population of 1600 employees.
Stephanie holds a master’s degree in Educational Psychology from UC Berkeley, as well as a second master’s degree in Training and Development from U Mass Boston. She graduated magna cum laude from Union College. She also has her SPHR certification and Business Coaching Certification from NC State.
Amy Rumford Vice President, Global Services
Amy leads ChannelAdvisor’s global services team, which includes customer implementation, global technical support, account management, and managed services.
Before joining ChannelAdvisor, Amy worked as a consultant for the manufacturing industry. Prior to that, she served as vice president, supply chain services for Advance Auto Parts, headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. With an extensive background of over twenty years in the technology industry, Amy served in senior operations and transformation leadership roles at industry-leading companies including Google, Lenovo, and IBM. She spearheaded successful global initiatives to drive each organization’s transformation and growth, including new business integration and global accounts operational design and execution.
In addition to her extensive leadership experience, Amy brings her passion and commitment for the local community to ChannelAdvisor. She is an active volunteer, serving on advisory boards for the YMCA-Camp Kanata, North Carolina State University’s Poole College of Management, and Appalachian State University’s Walker College of Business, where she is vice chair of the Business Advisory Council. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration at North Carolina State University.
Beth Segovia Chief Operating Officer
Beth is ChannelAdvisor’s chief operating officer and oversees general operations, services, product and engineering, and human resources globally. Previously, Beth was the vice president, global services where she led ChannelAdvisor’s global services team, including implementation, technical support, account management, and managed services. These customer-facing teams provide technical support, industry expertise, and consultative services to help clients achieve their commerce objectives.
Beth has two decades of experience in customer-facing roles spanning supply chain, marketing, sales operations and services at Lenovo and IBM. Most recently she was responsible for services enablement, product management, and marketing as well as implementing both corporate and services specific customer experience programs at Lenovo. Prior to that she spent more than ten years building out customer facing account management and operations support for Lenovo and IBM’s largest global customers. She is a passionate customer advocate and customer experience architect who develops solutions to add value and resolve pain points.
Outside of work, Beth actively serves the community by volunteering at numerous local philanthropies along with her two teenage daughters as part of the National Charity League, Inc.’s Carolina Lily chapter. The Mission of NCL, Inc. is to foster mother-daughter relationships in a philanthropic organization committed to community service, leadership development, and cultural experiences.
Beth received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and a Masters of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University.
In 2019, Beth received the Triangle Business Journal’s Women in Business award, in the category of inspiration. This award honors women leaders who, through their words, actions and attitude, inspire those who work with and around them.
Mike Shapaker Chief Marketing Officer
Mike oversees ChannelAdvisor’s worldwide marketing initiatives, including corporate and product branding, demand generation,digital marketing, public relations, thought leadership and event management.
Previously, he oversaw a number of ChannelAdvisor solutions, including Where to Buy, Product Intelligence, and Predictive Analytics and before that, he served as the vice president and managing director, EMEA for ChannelAdvisor, where he was responsible for developing the company’s local strategy and direction for growth.
Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor, Mike held leadership roles in product management and marketing at Nortel Networks and TheraSim. Mike began his career as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Mike received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
Vladi Shlesman Managing Director, EMEA
Vladi oversees the business strategy and execution of ChannelAdvisor’s EMEA operations, including customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. Previously, Vladi was leading the company’s EMEA and APAC Client Services, where he drove the transformation of the organisation responsible for account management, managed services, customer onboarding and presales.
Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor, Vladi served for over 20 years in senior presales and services roles in a number of leading tech companies. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Global Presales at Automic Software, a leading IT automation provider (acquired by CA Technologies in 2017) and expanding the role owning a broader automation portfolio and organisation in CA Technologies post acquisition. Before Automic Software, Vladi was Regional EMEA Presales and Client Services Leader at BMC Software, where he led the technical teams of the Identify business unit in EMEA.
Kathy Twiddy Vice President and General Counsel
Kathy oversees worldwide legal functions, including regulatory compliance, commercial affairs, M&A, litigation and intellectual property management.
Kathy previously served as Vice President, U.S. General Counsel at Mayne Pharma Inc. Before joining Mayne Pharma in 2017, she was a partner with the K&L Gates law firm. She has also served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of LipoScience, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: LPDX), Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of M*Modal, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: MODL), Vice President, Senior Associate General Counsel of Quintiles Transnational Corp., and General Counsel of Misys Healthcare. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and New York.
Kathy received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctor from with honors The University of North Carolina School of Law.
She serves on the board of directors of this Research Triangle Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
Link Walls Vice President, Digital Marketing Strategy
Link is responsible for ChannelAdvisor’s Digital Marketing Strategy, serving as a strategic consultant to leading brands and retailers, helping them with the strategy and solutions needed to successfully advertise their products online.
Link is a digital marketing and e-commerce thought leader who often speaks at industry events and regularly contributes to ChannelAdvisor’s blog. Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor in 2005, he managed online marketing for Art.com, an online retailer. Previous to Art.com, Link worked as a management consultant helping companies in finance, strategy and organizational design.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
