COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CHECK SERVICES

  1. Services. During the Services Period, ChannelAdvisor will provide up to consulting in the form of Comprehensive Health Check Services directed toward assisting with implementation of ChannelAdvisor Platform features selected by Customer as detailed herein (“Services”). The Comprehensive Health Check Service provides a Posting Account evaluation in Customer’s ChannelAdvisor Platform account. “Posting Account” means an account used within the ChannelAdvisor Platform to post information on third party marketplaces and digital marketing provider websites. The Comprehensive Health Check service will evaluate the below features and components of the selected Posting Account and deliver a review of the findings, a recommendation for changes, and instructions on how Customer may implement the recommended changes. Evaluation of additional Posting Accounts is subject to additional Fees.

  • Utilization of other key features
  • Customer Feedback/Return Policy Ratings

Customer will be assigned a designated ChannelAdvisor Professional Services contact (“Professional Services Manager”) as their primary contact at ChannelAdvisor to facilitate the delivery of the Comprehensive Health Check which includes the following milestones:

  • ChannelAdvisor will evaluate the Posting Account features and components designated above.

  • ChannelAdvisor will deliver an evaluation document to Customer which includes:
    • Posting Account findings
    • Recommendations for changes to Posting Account and potential impact
    • Instructions to guide Customer’s implementation of recommended changes
  • ChannelAdvisor will review the evaluation document with Customer in a one-hour session delivered via phone. The review will allow for Customer questions.
  1. Services Requirements. ChannelAdvisor’s performance of the Services is subject to Customer’s ongoing fulfillment of the following requirements to ChannelAdvisor’s reasonable satisfaction:
    1. The Comprehensive Health Check service will be performed only once on Customer’s live ChannelAdvisor configuration for one (1) Posting Account only. Only those SKUs that are included in the live feed will be included in the analysis performed by ChannelAdvisor.
    2. This is an advisory service only and ChannelAdvisor does not guarantee the Comprehensive Health Check Service will increase Customer’s conversion rates.
