“Delivery Solution” was previously referred to as “ChannelAdvisor Fulfillment Services”.

The Delivery Solutions functionality enables the routing of orders to specifically defined vendor or warehouse locations (called “Fulfilment Endpoints” in the SOW). The Delivery Solutions collect orders from the Fulfilment Endpoint(s) specified in the SOW. Orders are routed using rules and definitions provided by Customer, subject to certain limitations of the Service. When the Fulfilment Endpoint has filled the order and provided electronic confirmation of such to the Service, the Rithum Platform will display a shipment confirmation to Customer, including the carrier and tracking number. The Delivery Solutions are provided as a Self-Service offering only.

Dependencies: Customer must provide product data to Rithum using a data feed, API or the user interface in order to use the Delivery Solutions. Customer is responsible for the setup and maintenance of its accounts with each fulfillment partner. Customer also must provide Rithum with access to each fulfillment partner account that will be managed using Rithum.

Limitations: Delivery Solutions supports quantities of up to 350,000 Customer SKUs.

Fees: Unless otherwise noted in the applicable Statement of Work, fees for Delivery Solutions are charged based upon the number and type of Fulfilment Endpoints. Upfront Fees, Startup Fees, Setup Fees, Launch Fees, and/or additional fees may also apply, as stated in the SOW.
