The Colizey team is building a global marketplace for sporting goods, connecting technical, inspiring brands and edgy retailers to passionate consumers. They aim to centralise, simplify and, most importantly, elevate the experience of shopping for sports equipment for men, women and children — an experience that to date has been slow to migrate online.

Colizey currently offers a wide range of products, including:

  • 27 sports categories (+ activewear)
  • Shoes, apparel, equipements, accessories

Colizey launched in France in March 2019. The Colizey customer wants the latest cycling winter outfit, Djokovic’s latest tennis shoes and sweat-wicking, eco-friendly yoga pants, from one platform, with competitive pricing, delivered to their doorstep.

Colizey wants to gather offline/online shops and brands on a single platform where they can display their most technical and inspiring products in a safe environment dedicated to sports. The team is building technology to facilitate fast and painless third-party integration, product mapping and customisable content, to deliver a premium storytelling experience for both sellers and customers. Fostering a sports community is also a top priority by providing users online buying advice (e.g., guides, advanced filtering options, online chat).
