Here it is, January 8th and while working I get this email from Amazon that caught my attention:
Yep – Star Wars is coming to Blu-Ray!!! WOOOO! Long-term readers have probably caught on that I’m a huge SW fan, but out of curiousity, I wondered how Amazon knew? I searched my Amazon orders (a great feature BTW!) and the last SW item I bought was in 2005.
Oh, did I mention that the Blu-rays aren’t coming out until September 2011?
Think about that for a second – based on a 2005 datapoint, Amazon recommended I pre-order an item that is coming 9 months in the future.
And guess what….. I did! WOOO!!!
Be sure to watch the video – personally, I got goosebumps listening to the Alec Guiness voiceover with the Saga highlights spliced in. Only 260 days to go.
