Fossil Increases Sales, Manages More Marketplaces
The iconic wristwatch brand Fossil — and owner of many other global brands, including Puma and Michael Kors — wrestled with how to adapt to changing consumer behavior. Its team knew they needed to sell on marketplaces, but they also needed the ability to manage thousands of product feeds to multiple marketplaces within a single interface.
ChannelAdvisor’s transformation engine was able to collect all of Fossil’s product data once, and then feed it to each individual marketplace according to that channel’s specific requirements. This streamlined approach has given Fossil the ability to grow sales, manage its inventory more effectively and provide its global customer base a better experience.
