Once upon a time, back in the early 2000’s, Toynk Toys operated its fledgling e-commerce business out of a small, two-bedroom apartment. They had a little website, listed products on eBay and stuffed their SUVs with orders that they would haul to the post office to ship to customers.
Today, Toynk operates a 100,000-square-foot warehouse, sells its toys and costumes on nearly 20 marketplaces around the globe and even has plans for further expansion.
How? By becoming more efficient on multiple marketplaces, taking an early interest in international audiences and choosing an e-commerce platform that allowed them to increase order volume with less work.
