It’s that time again! This week, thousands of automotive industry pros will flock to the 51st Annual Specialty Equipment and Manufacturing Association (SEMA) Show 2017 in Las Vegas at the 1 million-square-foot Las Vegas Convention Center. With over 100 training sessions, national and international networking receptions, a multitude of seminar and panel discussions with the automotive industry’s leading experts, SEMA Show is the largest specialty product trade event in the world. And every year, the top experts on automotive e-commerce at ChannelAdvisor attend the show.

This year, Curt will be on the agenda as part of a SEMA Data Co-op session titled “Product Data ROI: A Business Case for Data Management” on Monday, Oct. 30 at 1 p.m. PST. The session will present a business case on why brands should create quality product data to help increase sales and improve ROI. Other stand-out sessions and industry-leading trainings you won’t want to miss include:

  • China: Insider Tips Sell Specialty Equipment Products In The World’s Largest Emerging Automotive Market (location N259) — Monday, Oct. 30, 3-4 p.m. PST
  • Working with Social Media Stars: Getting to Know Individual Influencers and How to Work with Them (location N253) Tuesday, Oct. 31, 3:30-4:30 p.m. PST

An additional highlight is the Emerging Trends and Technology Network. Its mission is to “identify, communicate and provide automotive aftermarket engineers, programmers and product developers with the knowledge of emerging vehicle trends and new technology to ensure continued success.” They will be hosting multiple sessions throughout the week. A few of note:

  • Racing and Performance Forum: Golden Age of New Performance” on Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 1-2 p.m. PST
  • “Performance Branding and Design Forum: Cars, Car Culture” on Wednesday, Nov. 1 from 1-2 p.m. PST.
