The Best E-Commerce Conferences of 2018 (January to July)
If there’s one constant that every eCommerce seller faces, it’s that things are always changing. All it takes is one blink to get behind.

By now, you’ve probably heard that Catalyst will be in San Diego, CA on April 17-19, 2018. But that’s not all the ChannelAdvisor team is excited about. As we prepare for another year of new and exciting trends, we’ve pulled together a list of our top events (so far) for 2018:
When: January 14 – 16, 2018
Where: New York, NY
The National Retail Federation’s annual three-day conference will bring together industry executives for discussions around the latest trends, as well as a look at how retail brands of all sizes are transforming in the digital age. Speakers include Tommy Hilfiger, IBM’s Michelle Peluso, Levi’s James Curleigh and NRF’s Matthew Shay.
eTail West and eTail East
When: February 26 – March 1 and August 6 – 9

eTail conferences have been going strong since 1999, and have grown from an original group of 100 people into an event where thousands of senior-level eCommerce executives come together to network, learn and be inspired. This year’s lineup of speakers at both eTail East and eTail West span the gamut, from innovative start ups to e-commerce disruptors. Event organizers say they “source executives that are actively working on the front lines – so they can tell you the why, how, and what they would change next time.”

When: Las Vegas, NV
Shoptalk 2018 will be big — 40% bigger than 2017, to be exact. This four-day event is designed to bring together a wide range of people within the industry: established retailers and brands, startups, tech companies, investors, media, analysts and others. In March, an anticipated 7,500 attendees from around the world will convene for more than 100 sessions covering everything from grocery to luxury.
When: March 21 – 22
Where: Birmingham, UK
This annual event, from Europe’s provider of eCommerce news and analysis, attracts some 5,000 retail professionals. Described as the place “where the multichannel industry meets,” InternetRetailing Expo 2018 promises a bevy of learning and networking opportunities to ensure you’re up-to-date and ahead of the e-commerce game.
