ChannelAdvisor Statement to Customers and Partners on COVID-19

To our customers and partners:

With the COVID-19 global pandemic continuing to evolve rapidly, I felt it important to share with you a brief summary of our business continuity program (BCP) at ChannelAdvisor.  Along with the safety of our employees, our top priority is to ensure that we continue to provide high-quality, uninterrupted service to support your business.

In response to COVID-19, we activated our BCP, a program designed to help us manage through a variety of business-critical situations.  As part of our BCP, we have a dedicated, cross-functional team tasked with monitoring the situation, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring that we are able to continue supporting our customers and partners effectively as the situation changes.

Earlier this week, in consultation with our global leadership team, we made the decision to have our global workforce work remotely from home.  We did this not only to protect their health, but also to support our local communities and mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on the healthcare system.  We do not anticipate any disruption due to this policy; our employees are fully equipped to work effectively from remote locations and we have state-of-the-art communications and systems in place to manage the business effectively under this policy.  We have also canceled participation in larger in-person gatherings for the time being. We are prepared and confident in our ability to operate in this manner indefinitely, until such time as it is no longer necessary to do so.

In addition, our platform is cloud-based and globally distributed, and is neither located in, nor dependent on, any of our physical office locations to operate.  In short, you can continue to rely on ChannelAdvisor and have confidence that we are here to support you throughout this situation.
