The iconic wristwatch brand Fossil — and owner of many other global brands, including Puma and Michael Kors — wrestled with how to adapt to changing consumer behavior. Its team knew they needed to sell on marketplaces, but they also needed the ability to manage thousands of product feeds to multiple marketplaces within a single interface.
