That’s why, since the beginning of the pandemic, we’ve partnered with leading global research firm Dynata to conduct periodic global surveys of online consumers and monitor changing behaviour.
Most recently, in August of 2021, we polled over 1,000 active AU consumers to find out how they’re shopping, when they will ramp up their spending for the holiday season and what they predict their shopping behaviour will look like in the future.
