10 Tactics for Brands to Stabilise Multichannel Assortment and Stock (in the Midst of Unexpected Events)

When the pandemic hit, managing e-commerce assortment and stocks suddenly became a lot more challenging. Some categories, like toys, office supplies and home improvement, surged, while others like luggage plummeted.
