Company Expands Online Presence onto eBay and Amazon with ChannelAdvisor
Research Triangle Park, NC – April 26, 2011 – ChannelAdvisor, a global e-commerce platform provider that enables retailers to sell more across online channels, announced today that Ritz Interactive has launched five of its brands on Amazon, eBay and Buy.com using ChannelAdvisor’s Marketplaces solution. Ritz Interactive, the parent company of RitzCamera.comand WolfCamera.com, includes more than a dozen websites that all share a theme of leisure time activities.
Late in 2010, Ritz Interactive launched two sites, eAngler.comand BoatersWorld.com, using ChannelAdvisor’s Marketplaces solution. Within just a few months, sales increased by 35 percent on Amazon. Ritz Interactive’s early success with these sites prompted the company to schedule its launch of RitzCamera.com, FlipFlopShops.comand ScrapbookingAlley.comon Marketplaces ahead of schedule.

Prior to signing on with ChannelAdvisor, Ritz Interactive had several homegrown solutions that it used to integrate with Amazon, eBay and Buy.com. However, due to the constant changes and updates of each of these marketplaces, the company found that keeping up with the changes in feed requirements was quickly becoming a tedious task and turned to ChannelAdvisor’s Marketplaces solution.
