December 27, 2011 OHKI Selects ChannelAdvisor to Grow E-Commerce Sales

Leading Online Retailer of Electrical Goods Automates Selling on Multiple Online Channels, Enhances Customer Shopping Experience

 

Melbourne, VIC – December 27, 2011 ChannelAdvisor, a global e-commerce platform provider that helps retailers sell more across online channels, announced today that OHKI, an Australian owned and operated online retailer and producer of quality electrical goods, has partnered with ChannelAdvisor for the company’s Marketplaces solution.

Prior to signing with ChannelAdvisor, OHKI was finding it difficult to manage listings in bulk on the company’s eBay store and retail website. There was an immediate need to streamline and manage inventory on both channels. ChannelAdvisor’s Inventory Management solution now enables OHKI to launch, track and automate its inventory across eBay and the company’s webstore from one central platform, eliminating duplicate product data and preventing potential overselling scenarios.

Specifically, the Marketplaces Order Management tool helps OHKI fulfil orders quickly and monitor and respond to customers via a unique tracking number. The tool also ensures that unpaid customer transactions are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
