August 28, 2012 ChannelAdvisor to Share E-Commerce Expertise at 2012 Shop.org Annual Summit
CEO Scot Wingo to present two sessions for technology-driven retailers and company to exhibit in booth #601
Research Triangle Park, N.C. – August 28, 2012—ChannelAdvisor, a global e-commerce software provider that helps retailers be seen and sell more across online channels, announced today that it will have a dominant presence at the 2012 Shop.org Annual Summit, taking place September 10-12 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. ChannelAdvisor CEO Scot Wingo will share his industry expertise in two sessions during the conference, and the company will exhibit in booth #601.
Wingo will lead a roundtable discussion with MercadoLibre Senior Architect Vasanth Chetan on Tuesday, September 11 at 4:15 p.m. MDT to discuss the Latin American e-commerce market. Working for the number one e-commerce site in Latin America, Chetan will assist Wingo in outlining the challenges and opportunities associated with online retail in this region, covering topics such as language, payment options and the unusual mix of Latin American channels. Deborah Weinswig from Citi Investment Research and Lori Schafer of “Branded!” will join Wingo in this session where they will discuss the latest innovations in the SoLoMo (social, local, mobile) space from the retail tech titans such as Google, eBay, Amazon, Apple and Facebook. This session will culminate in a strategic discussion in which these retail industry experts will address the top questions retailers are asking about the impact these titans will have on the future of retail marketing.
