In this role, Phillips is responsible for leading ChannelAdvisor’s U.S. services team, including account management, professional services and customer support.

Phillips brings to the role more than 15 years in customer support. Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor, he served as vice president of customer loyalty at Youth Digital. Additionally, he held customer experience positions at Cumulus Networks and Red Hat. Phillips has significant international knowledge building and working with customer experience teams in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
