In this role, Robertson will oversee ChannelAdvisor’s global HR management, operations and recruiting.

Robertson brings more than 19 years of HR experience to her position at ChannelAdvisor. Prior to joining the company, she served as vice president, global total rewards, people systems and operations at Red Hat, a leading provider of open source solutions. During her eight-year tenure at Red Hat, Robertson held senior director roles leading compensation, benefits, global mobility, employee engagement, and operations. Before Red Hat, she served as a senior manager at AICPA. Robertson received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
