October 24, 2013 ChannelAdvisor Forms Strategic Partnership with MercadoLibre and Establishes Presence in Latin America with New Office in Brazil

Partnership opens substantial new e-commerce market for ChannelAdvisor customers

Research Triangle Park, NC –October 24, 2013 – ChannelAdvisor (NYSE:ECOM), a leading provider of cloud-based e-commerce solutions that enable retailers and manufacturers to increase global sales, today announced its strategic partnership with MercadoLibre (NASDAQ:MELI), the largest e-commerce ecosystem in Latin America, as well as the opening of its office in São Paulo, Brazil.
