March 8, 2011 ChannelAdvisor Expands Executive Team to Further Accelerate Global Growth
Company names Noreen Allen Vice President of Global Marketing and Ryan Walsh Vice President of Sales
Research Triangle Park, NC – March 8, 2011 – ChannelAdvisor, a software and services solution provider that enables online retailers to sell more across e-commerce channels, announced today the addition of two new executives to its senior leadership team to support the company’s rapid growth. Noreen Allen has joined the company as vice president, global marketing from Hosted Solutions, and Ryan Walsh has been promoted to vice president of sales, North America, from his previous position as ChannelAdvisor’s director of enterprise sales.

Allen joins the ChannelAdvisor team after serving as vice president, marketing with Hosted Solutions, a leader in the cloud computing market that was acquired by Windstream Corp. in late 2010 for $310 million. With more than 15 years of experience in leadership positions for both private and publicly traded companies, Allen excels at building powerful, category-leading brands that transform companies at various stages. Prior to Hosted Solutions, Allen served as vice president of marketing for both Motricity and SpectraSite.
Ryan Walsh, previously the director of enterprise sales, has more than 10 years experience in the e-commerce industry. He’s been promoted to vice president of sales for North America with oversight of all sales organization activities including revenue generation and growth, as well as customer acquisition, expansion and retention.
