ChannelAdvisor CRM Connector Now Available on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange 2

Online retailers can now deploy ChannelAdvisor’s CRM Connector to fully manage customer interaction including support, transactions and returns within Salesforce CRM

The ChannelAdvisor CRM Connector enables online retailers to fully manage customer transaction activity and integrate it with Salesforce CRM to better manage day-to-day business activities. Any communication with customers via e-mail, live chat, call center and more is tracked and organized within Salesforce CRM, regardless of whether the customer purchased through eBay, Amazon, the retailer’s Webstore or other online channels.
