February 13, 2015 ChannelAdvisor Announces Support for Alibaba Group’s AliExpress Marketplace

New integration enables Chinese retailers to reach global consumers

Research Triangle Park, NC – February 13, 2015 – ChannelAdvisor Corporation (NYSE:ECOM), a leading provider of cloud-based e-commerce solutions that enable retailers and manufacturers to increase global sales, today announced support for Alibaba Group’s AliExpress, an online marketplace where global consumers can purchase directly from China. AliExpress is a unique platform that enables consumers from around the world to buy directly from wholesalers and manufacturers in China. Launched in 2010, AliExpress offers consumers competitive prices on a wide variety of products, such as apparel and accessories, electronics, health and beauty, watches and jewelry and more.

Support for AliExpress follows ChannelAdvisor’s support for Alibaba Group’s Tmall Global solution, which was announced in 2014. “We’re immersed in the Chinese e-commerce market and excited to be able to add AliExpress to our list of supported marketplaces,” said ChannelAdvisor Vice President and Managing Director of Greater China James Huang. “Our Chinese retailers can now leverage AliExpress to help increase demand for their products.”

Chinese retailer Penson & Co. uses ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces to sell its automotive parts and accessories on Amazon, eBay and AliExpress.

The Bundles feature is especially helpful with inventory quantity management, which prevents overselling.”

Yiwu Yarui E-commerce Ltd. is another ChannelAdvisor customer selling on AliExpress.
