Hey guys, I’m Tank Stikman. You’ve probably seen my brother, Hank, in Internet Retailer ads over the past few months.  Like all retailers, he sometimes gets overwhelmed trying to grow a strong and profitable online business.  He struggles daily to avoid two words retailers never want to hear like “Sales Plummet”, “Profits Down”, “Excess Inventory” and “No Traffic”.  Every retailer worries about these words and more!
