Step 1: Register with eBay. If you don’t already have one, get a eBay ID so you can bid on auctions. You can do this at any time – you don’t have to wait for our auction to start. You’ll need to provide your email address, name, address and phone number. eBay will send you an email, and you will be able to choose your own eBay ID. If you want anonymity, don’t use your company name as your eBay ID! Its very simple, and takes only ten minutes to complete. You may also want to get “ID Verified” so that you can bid over $15,000.
Step 2: Go to http://members.ebay.com/aboutme/motorolawholesale/. This is our home page for our auctions. We’ll put our terms and conditions along with messages about when the next auction will be. If the auction is live when you go, you can scroll to the bottom of this page to see all the items up for auction.
Step 3: Bid on items you want! Bidding is simple – all items are sold in lots of 50 units, and all shipping is included. If you feel that the product up for auction is worth more than the current bid amount, you can place your bid for as many lots as you want. The auction will clearly show the number of lots for sale and the minimum amount you must bid to win a single lot.
Step 4: Watch the auction. You will receive an email from eBay whenever you have been outbid for an item you bid on, so make sure you check your email frequently.
Step 5: You Win! You will be notified as soon as the bidding closes by us and by eBay letting you know exactly what you have won. No matter what you bid, you will pay the lowest winning price! Its to your advantage to make sure you win the bid – the price you pay will always be fair in the end.
A Dutch auction allows us to post large quantities of product in a single auction, letting each bidder decide their price and the quantity they are interested in. It has many advantages for you:
· You can place your bid on one auction to win the desired quantity – you don’t have to win multiple auctions to get the quantity you want.
· All winning bidders pay the lowest winning price. If bids for the ten lots for auction ranged from $5000 to $4000, with the lowest winning bid being $4500, all bidders would pay $4500 for each lot – even those willing to pay more!
If we have 500 units of a phone, we will offer ten lots of 50 phones each. You may be interested in 200 phones. By bidding your chosen price on four lots, you have the opportunity to win 200 units. Of course, if others bid higher than you for all but two of the lots, you may only win two lots. If you win less than your desired amount, you have the opportunity to decline the sale. If, however, you win the full amount you bid on, you are contractually obligated to purchase.

We will contact you immediately after the auction closes to tell you what to do. You will end up talking to the Motorola Marketplace order entry team. We will accept credit cards (up to $50,000) and cash with order (for orders of $7000 and above).
I resell equipment. Will I pay taxes on this purchase?
If you provide a valid tax ID form, we will not charge taxes on your purchases. We will have you fax this to our order entry team when we process your order.
Our goal is to have your order complete and shipped out within twenty business days of the close of the auction and after receipt of payment has been confirmed.
Yes, but only if we ship you the wrong part or you get defective merchandise. It is your responsibility to resolve all questions during the bidding. Your winning bid is a contract to purchase and your purchase is final. We will strive to provide as much detail as possible about the items for auction. If it is not clear in the auction ad – ASK. We will try at all times to answer questions within four business hours.
If you are the high bidder for a particular auction, you are obligated to follow through with your purchase. We hope that everyone will be very pleased with the deals – after all, you get to decide how much you are willing to pay. If you do not follow through on the purchase however, we can restrict your eBay ID from participating any further on any of our auctions. We can also leave you negative feedback that may cause others not to do business with you as well.
