ChannelAdvisor Announces Global Reseller Partner Program
Signs First Reseller Enabling Companies to Offer ChannelAdvisor Software and Services to their Customers
Research Triangle Park, NC - October 19, 2004 - ChannelAdvisor Corporation, the leading provider of channel management solutions, introduces its global reseller program, the ChannelAdvisor Reseller Partner Program. This initiative provides selected partners with the ability to offer a complete marketplace management solution to their retail and manufacturing customers.
The reseller program is ideal for companies that currently provide services and support to small and medium sized businesses that are seeking additional revenue sources via online sales channels, such as eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY), Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) or through an online store. This new program is constructed to grow with the partnership - giving the higher performing reseller partner greater benefits in addition to the sales, marketing and training support offered.
With the programs introduction, ChannelAdvisor welcomes Extrastock, a leading Australian provider of marketplace management solutions, as its first reseller and partner. In addition to offering ChannelAdvisor's Enterprise software and working with customers such as IBM, Grundig Australia and Talon Tools we are expanding our relationship to offer our customers ChannelAdvisor Merchant, a self-service marketplace management software.

"It gives us the ability to better serve and support our customers by offering world class marketplace management solutions while providing us additional revenue opportunities. "This multi-tiered program let's us closely align the goals of international customers with those of our partners."
Under the terms of the new partner program, an authorized reseller of ChannelAdvisor products must meet certain qualifications regarding its business, personnel, product and market knowledge, and support and service capabilities.
