ChannelAdvisor Forms Alliance with Shopping.com
New Agreement will Further Integrate Merchants' Product Listings Across Shopping.com

Research Triangle Park, NC - February 24, 2004 - ChannelAdvisor Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise solutions for online marketplaces, today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with Shopping.com that enables merchants to reach millions of additional visitors from across the World Wide Web.

Through the alliance, ChannelAdvisor alleviates the challenges of managing data feeds and facilitates the listing of its customers' product data on Shopping.com, a provider of comparison shopping services.
