Agenda: Fuel for the revolution

The Catalyst Americas 2015 agenda will equip you with the strategies needed to navigate the modern e-commerce landscape. No matter your business goals, Catalyst will have sessions that fit your needs. The numerous sessions and Q&A panels will be led by some of the most successful and innovative retailers, analysts and thought leaders in the e-commerce industry and will help propel your business to the forefront of the e-commerce revolution.

The conference agenda will be split across three tracks:

Revolutionize Track: The Revolutionize track takes both a bigger-picture approach to e-commerce and a deeper dive into international selling.  Are you thinking of selling abroad? Where do you want to go? Where should you go? These sessions will include high-level information on the future of e-commerce, as well as actionable steps that ensure you are making the right decisions for the future.

Diversify Track:  The sessions in the Diversify track are for retailers at various stages in their e-commerce strategies: Single-channel retailers that are growing and looking to expand a multichannel approach; and those retailers that already successfully sell multichannel and want to know how to navigate the fragmented e-commerce landscape more efficiently.

Optimize Track:  The Optimize track is aimed at strengthening the marketplaces or digital marketing initiatives you already have in place.  The Optimize sessions offer strategies for each channel.  Amazon? eBay? Newegg? Google? These sessions will help you do them better with practical examples, strong takeaways and actionable strategies.

SkuVault now helps over 350 sellers worldwide manage their warehouses and inventory, which helps them to optimize their online selling performance. Matt enjoys using his knowledge of e-commerce to help other sellers learn the tricks of the trade to grow their own businesses.

Agenda: Fuel for the revolution

The Catalyst Europe 2015 agenda will equip you with the strategies needed to navigate the modern e-commerce landscape. No matter your business goals, Catalyst will have sessions that fit your needs. The numerous sessions and Q&A panels will be led by some of the most successful and innovative retailers, analysts and thought-leaders in the e-commerce industry and will help propel your business to the forefront of the e-commerce revolution.

The conference agenda will be split across three tracks:

Optimise: Sell Better.
The Optimise track is aimed at strengthening the marketplaces or digital marketing initiatives you already have in place. The Optimise sessions offer strategies for each channel. Amazon? eBay? Rakuten? Google? These sessions will help you do them better with practical examples, strong takeaways and actionable strategies.

Diversify: Cross Channels.
The sessions in the Diversify track are for retailers at various stages in their e-commerce strategies: single-channel retailers that are growing and looking to expand to a multichannel approach; and those retailers that already successfully sell multichannel and want to know how to navigate the fragmented e-commerce landscape more efficiently.

Revolutionise: Think Bigger.
The Revolutionise track takes both a bigger-picture approach to e-commerce and a deeper dive into international selling. Are you thinking of selling abroad? Where do you want to go? Where should you go? These sessions will include high-level information on the future of e-commerce, as well as actionable steps that ensure you are making the right decisions for the future.
